JUMP Children’s Ministries

A Special Place for your child to learn and grow.

Our Purpose

The children's ministry at Christ Community Church strives to teach children to grow in a personal relationship with Jesus.  We try to accomplish this by having children participate in large and small groups in a creative center-based curriculum using trained, safe adults who will serve with unconditional love, while at the same time teaching appropriate Christian boundaries.

Some things were meant to be difficult....

 Some things were not!

Learning about God's Word can be a "puzzling" experience for children.  Our Sunday School is designed to help young learners put all the pieces together. 

Every child ages 5 years-5th grade will be part of a small group.  Each week they will spend time with their small group leader.   Each child will build a relationship with an adult that cares about them and prays for them.  The small groups will discover a personal relationship with Jesus as they worship in our Noah's Ark room, have snack and play games in God's Big Back Yard, make crafts in the Good Seed Co. and learn a bible lesson in the "Set Sail with Jesus" room.   

Children will start out in worship with their parents where they will be dismissed to attend JUMP.  (Parents of 3 & 4 year olds may take their children to worship or drop them off at their classroom before the service starts.)

 

*Children who are 3 before September 1 will learn in the Wild About Jesus room located upstairs in room 207.
